When I first moved finding a good job was like finding a needle in a haystack. When I heard about RSI I signed up immediately. Within my 4th class I got a job in the HVAC field, at the that point my life has changed forever not only for me but for my family. Learning in school and being in the field help me move up quickly. Now I can take care of my family the way Ive wanted to and even give my wife the choose to stay at home if she wanted to . These programs they have at RSI are amazing. The teachers are great and everyone there is on your side and willing to work with you know matter what. Now I am a very successful HVAC technician. Thanks to RSI.

Back in 2011 I found myself stuck in a job that I was never going to make more money doing. I had topped out on my pay scale. I was told that “I lacked a skill set and there was nowhere for me to advance. After talking to two friends that had attended RSI and had gone through the Refrigeration Technologies program I decided to check it out. I attended their open house and was very impressed with what I saw. It was hands on learning not just sitting behind a book and listening to someone talk. We would be trouble shooting electrical systems and seeing how an AC system works from the inside out. I was in. Into the eighth month of the nine month program I was asked to give Benson Systems a call after graduation. Two weeks after graduating a found myself sitting in Benson Systems office getting ready to start my new job as an AC Service tech. I have since moved on from Benson but the education I received at RSI has opened up new opportunities . I don’t “lack a skill set” anymore and my value as an Trained AC Service Technician has expanded my financial future. Thanks RSI. You helped this man change his financial direction.

The program was great and full of obstacles that help you get trought many job scenarios in the field. What I enjoyed most was asking questions cause I knew there would be an answer at any time. The instructors are there when you need help or if your stuck at any point in the program. Great place overall!!

I went here in 3/15-12/15 and currently in the MME program to get my degree. This school has all the tools and people with knowledge to help you achieve your goals in getting into the HVAC/R work force. I talked to a few people that have gone here and have knocked it but like any school it’s what YOU put into it. They have many different instructors from many different places and all are willing to share their first hand experiences/knowledge with you. I gave it 4 stars because I wish some of the classes were more challenging but that’s why I choose to go into the MME to fine tune my fundamental knowledge I learned from the regular program.

I attended RSI MME Program. I was in class 9 months and online for 6. Although due to health reasons I have not been employed yet with the awesome team that career services has I would have right away. Now almost 2 years later, they haven’t given up. I still get every email with all job opportunities and frequent calls. I am ready to work. Good thing they offer free lifetime classes because I will be doing refresher classes while they help me look for work. I am very confident that I will have me placed in a job soon,. I wouldn’t change my decision of choosing RSI over other programs offered at other schools.

Rsi is a good school they teach the basics. They teach you to start entry lever Hvac career. You will not be a master. Lots of there airflow techniques are outdated. The only so called hands on training is on boards. It doesn’t help you for some of the bigger components and what they looks like. Overall good school just need to bring the program up to speed. In how to do a heat load and so forth.
