A successful educational journey starts with feeling comfortable where you live. While RSI does not offer housing services directly, we partner with Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) to provide students with access to housing resources. Explore the options below to learn more about the housing assistance available to you.
SHARED HOUSING
CHS offers affordable, furnished student housing designed for your success.
The Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) Shared Housing Program offers fully furnished apartments typically located within 10 miles of campus. Your monthly housing payment includes rent, furniture, basic utilities, and roommate coordination, making it easy to focus on school instead of housing logistics.
Every resident signs an individual lease, which means your housing costs are not affected by your roommates and your lease can be tailored to align with your expected graduation date.
Most apartments house four students in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout. Depending on availability, some locations may offer private bedroom options.
