David Eaker, who previously served as regional director of admissions at Tulsa Welding School & Technology Center (TWSTC) in Houston and Tulsa Welding School (TWS) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been named campus president of The Refrigeration School, Inc. (RSI).

As campus president, David will oversee many facets of RSI including operational effectiveness, academic quality and overall growth. He is also responsible for the general education and graduation success of nearly 500 students and will oversee 50 staff members and administrative functions.

“Demand for skilled HVAC/R technicians is booming, so it’s an exciting time to be in the industry, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to lead our dedicated faculty and staff,” said Eaker. “We will continue to train the next generation of highly skilled technicians that our partners and employers have come to expect and will evolve curriculum and technologies to meet the increasing industry demand.”

David received a Bachelor of Science in business and organizational leadership from North Park University and an MBA with a concentration in project management from Keller Graduate School. He’s no stranger to RSI as he has worked at a couple of our sister schools since 2014 in various director level positions within the admissions departments where he excelled, so to be named campus president was the next logical step.

In his personal time, David enjoys working out, playing in local basketball leagues and attending his daughter’s sporting events. David is also an avid member of Toastmaster International as he constantly striving to better his communication and presentation skills that he uses every day at RSI.
