The Village Scholarships & Grants, administered by The CIRI Foundation for members and descendants of Eklutna, Inc., Ninilchik Native Association, and Salamatof Native Association, offer educational and vocational funding, including tuition, training, cultural learning, and short-term workforce support: all through a single application process. Eligible applicants must be Alaska Native original enrollees or their direct descendants (age 18 or emancipated minors), and no separate village application is required. Once eligibility is verified by the village affiliation, applicants are automatically considered for available funding through the foundation.
