What are the requirements for NITC certification?

Candidates are expected to have completed HVAC/R training and have at least five years of documented work experience in installing and servicing HVACR equipment and piping systems. To pass the test, candidates need to obtain a score of at least 82%. The certification is valid for five years. 2 After five years, HVAC techs can get recertified.
